Fish in the furnace
Ingredients
(for 4 people)

8 onions

4 tomatoes

5 carrots

1 Fish

Parsley

Salt, pepper

1 lemon
Preparation
First,
the vegetables must be of a large size. Cut tomatoes, carrots. We have to have a large
fish that we have cleansed and cut into four large pieces. We put fish and onions in salt,
pepper, and olive oil. We put the pan in the furnace and after having taken a light redness, add
the tomatoes, let it redness again for 10 minutes. After fried, add a glass of water, let it boil for 30 minutes. After
finishing, add the parsley and leave it in hot steam.
Cooking
has finished, we serve in plates
accompanied by lemon!
