Sweet crepes accompanied by fruits .







Ingredients ( for 10 crepes)

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of flour
Filling
  • cherry jam
  • yellow apples
  • chocolate
Preparation

in a bowl, drop the egg, mix with the mixer, mix well, add the flour, stir until it becomes a thick mixture. Finally we add the milk and mix until a homogenous mass is made. After we have finished this , we have the creamy dough ready. In a pan, pour a drop of oil, pour oil over the entire surface of the pan. When the pan is heated, take a cup of coffee and fill it with the cream and squeeze it in the pan for 2 minutes then turn it on the other hand. Once the crepe has matured from both sides, remove it and place it in a dish . The same procedure is done until cream is finished.
 Begin with filling preparation that may be desirable. We expect a small apple pieces, throw them into the crepe, add cherries and piece of chocolates. Crepes are ready for serving.
